Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated steel building for a client in Northglenn, Colorado, in February 2023.

Insulated and eye-catching, the open, clear-span steel building has Ash Gray exterior paint, a Charcoal-colored gable roof and Hawaiian Blue trim boosting its curb appeal.

Installed in the metal shop’s roof and walls are 3.25” of R-11 insulation. The insulation blankets keep the inside of the building comfortable during all four seasons in Colorado, and they also reduce the owner’s heating and cooling costs.

Durable, low-maintenance and easy to raise, this metal building arrived at the owner’s address already partway assembled, speeding up construction time and cutting construction-related expenses.
