When a resident of Fairbury, Nebraska, needed a versatile, sturdy steel structure to use for a shop, he turned to Metal Building Outlet, which provided this prefabricated metal building in mid-March of 2023.

Eye-catching on the outside and highly functional on the inside, the steel shop building has a Light Stone exterior with complementing Polar White trim. It has a wide clear span that eliminates the need for interior supports, making the most of usable interior space, and it also features an insulation package that helps keep energy bills low and interior temperatures consistent year-round.

Both the roof and walls contain 6” of VRR+=faced R-19 insulation, which helps guard against condensation in addition to making for a more comfortable work or storage environment. Metal Building Outlet also delivered a Colorado engineer-stamped foundation plan along with the building kit to make sure the buyer had the correct foundation laid ahead of the building’s erection.
