Delivered in August 2023, the shop features a Black exterior with matching trim and revolutionizes business operations while enhancing output and efficiency. The insulated, state-of-the-art metal shop building provides an expansive workspace for manufacturing and storing artificial turf materials. The clear-span design offers unobstructed floor space, allowing for the seamless movement of machinery and the easy organization of inventory.

The shop also features an insulation package, reducing long-term operational costs for the owner. The roof has 6” of insulation inside it, while the walls contain 4” of VRR+-faced insulation.
