Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in Harrison, Montana in November of 2020.

Now functioning as a shop on the grounds of a cattle ranch, the building boasts unmatched structural integrity, resulting in reliable protection for animals, and is 60’x60’x16’ in size. It has a broad clear span design that maximizes available floor space, and it also has high ceilings, creating additional space for equipment or supplies.

Overhead, a rugged Galvalume gable roof with a mild 2:12 pitch protects cattle and assets housed inside from the Montana elements, and (6) framed door openings allow building users and animals access inside. Distributed throughout the steel shop are (2) 3070 walk door framed openings enclosing (2) 3070 heavy-duty white steel walk doors, (3) 4030 window openings and (1) 126’x14’ overhead door opening.

Engineered to stand strong in Montana’s variable climate, the building also features a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 30-psf roof snow load, which keep the building compliant with local building codes.

Located in southwestern Montana, Harrison is part of Madison County. It lies roughly 80 miles south of Helena and about 50 miles southeast of Butte.
