Metal Building in Greenville, Texas

Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered metal building in Greenville, Texas, in December of 2021.

Now used for retail purposes, the building sits on the grounds of a local church and is 15’x120’x15’/14’ when raised. Overhead, the metal church building boasts a heavy-duty, single-slope Galvalume Plus roof with a 0.6:12 pitch, and the roof features gutters, downspouts and a 1’6” overhang along its lower side.

There are also (6) framed openings along the roof that will house rooftop air conditioning units and (6) 3070 steel framed walk door openings that will house walk doors. The retail building also features spandrel beams, which strengthen the connections between the foundation and the building’s outer columns.

The steel retail building also has a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 3.5-psf roof snow load; inclusions made in line with local building code requirements.
