Supplied by MBOC in late November, the building now functions as a steel gym. Rugged and low maintenance, the metal building is an expansive size when raised, offering the high overhead clearance an athletic building demands. The exterior of the building is Polar White in color, it has a rugged Galvalume steel roof overhead, and (8) framed openings ranging in size serve as additional features.
The steel gym also has several climate-related features and customizations that adhere to local building and engineering codes, including a recommended wind speed rating and snow load.
