Metal Building in Georgetown, Ohio

Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal building in Georgetown, Ohio about 40 miles from Cincinnati in Brown County.  It was purchased by Meeks, Watson and Company for their bell foundry. They make bells for churches.

This metal workshop was built with quality steel from Nucor. Built to last, the building has a wind load of 90 MPH and snow load of 20 PSF.  It also features an energy efficient and money saving insulation package.  The walls and roof are both insulated with an R-13 insulation package. The finished size is 40’x120’x14’ with a 1:12 pitched roof.  There are four doors in the workshop – two 12’x12’ overhead doors and two 3’x7’ walkdoors.  Two 3’x3’ windows allow natural light to enter the workshop as well.
