Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated garage in Kremmling, Colorado, in early September of 2016.

Exceedingly low maintenance and durable by design; the building boasts a finished size of 50’x50’x16’ and is now used as a garage. Overhead, protecting the structure’s interior from the elements, is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, and inside it are (3) framed openings. These include (2) 12’x14’ openings and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door.

A wind speed rating of 115 mph and a high snow load of 65 lbs. serve as additional garage features and were included with respect for the long, often bitterly cold winters experienced in Kremmling and the surrounding region. A statutory town in north-central Colorado’s Grand County, Kremmling is an old silver mining area located along the banks of the Colorado River. It sits about 42 miles from Grand Lake and 28 miles outside Granby.
