The business owner needed a building that would hold up given Bailey’s heavy winter snowfall and high-altitude location. He also needed a structure that would provide plenty of space for 285 ATV’s large inventory of rentals the company leases out on a single-day, multiple-day or weekly basis.

This steel garage building has a clear span that maximizes space for displaying ATVs and other off-road vehicles and trailers the company has available for rent. It also has high wind and snow loads that meet or exceed local building codes. The steel commercial building has Rustic Red paint that comes with a 40-year paint warranty and 4’ of wainscoting with transition trim, which gives the outside of the rental business an attractive, contemporary look.
