Frame-Only Steel Building in Fountain, Colorado
Metal Building Outlet secured this metal building frame for a client in Fountain, Colorado, in April of 2023.
The buyer needed Metal Building Outlet to supply the building frame, exclusively, as he had plans to provide his own sheeting, trim and closures for this project. Now that it’s complete, the building functions as a shop and has an open, unobstructed interior that leaves plenty of space for storage, work areas and more.
Metal Building Outlet included a Colorado engineer-stamped foundation plan with the building kit to ensure a sturdy, stable foundation and smooth erection process. Metal Building Outlet also engineered the shop building to meet or exceed building codes in place in the region, adding high wind and snow loads to do so.
