Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered light gauge steel building for a customer in Fort Lupton, Colorado, in late December of 2021.

Durable and easy to raise, the cold-formed steel building offers superior strength and durability and is an expansive 30’x40’x12’ when erect. It has high ceilings and a broad clear span that maximize usable floor space, and overhead, it features a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant steel roof that provides reliable protection from the Colorado elements.

The cold-formed metal building has (3) framed door openings throughout, which include (2) overhead doors and (1) walk door. It also features several customizations that enhance durability given the climate characteristics of Fort Lupton while adhering to local building codes, including a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a roof snow load of 21 psf.

Part of the Greeley, Colorado metro area in northern Colorado, the city of Fort Lupton is located in southern Weld County. The community sits roughly 58 miles southeast of Fort Collins and about 27 miles south of Greeley.
