It has high ceilings and a broad clear span that maximize usable floor space, and overhead, it features a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant steel roof that provides reliable protection from the Colorado elements.

The cold-formed metal building has (3) framed door openings throughout, which include (2) overhead doors and (1) walk door. It also features several customizations that enhance durability given the climate characteristics of Fort Lupton while adhering to local building codes, including a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a roof snow load of 21 psf.
