Metal Building in Fort Laramie, Wyoming

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Fort Laramie, Wyoming in October of 2020.

Energy efficient and customized in accordance with the buyer’s needs, the building now undergoes use as a workshop and features premium-quality steel construction. Standing an expansive 40’x45’x16′, the steel shop has high overhead clearance and an open, clear-span design.

The roof of the metal building has a mild 2:12 pitch and is comprised of corrosion- and damage-resistant Galvalume steel paneling, and (4) framed openings grant building users access inside. Found throughout the space are (2) 12’x14′ overhead door openings enclosing (2) 12’x14′ overhead doors and (2) 3070 walk door openings, each enclosing one of (2) 3070 walk doors.

R-30 insulation in the roof and R-19 insulation in the walls make the shop high energy efficient, keeping heating and cooling bills low and building users comfortable, regardless of temperature or season. A 30-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional features that keep the metal shop compliant with local building and engineering codes.
