Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal building in Fairplay, Colorado in September, 2013.  This building is owned by a general contractor who is using it as a personal shop and garage.  It is located about 70 miles from Leadville and about 40 miles from Bailey.

Since Park County is well known for the amount of Rocky Mountain snow, this building has 50 PSF ground snow level. This Nucor steel building features attractive tan walls and roof with a 2:12 pitch.  With a finished size of 50’x100’x10’, this building is a practical, roomy and affordable solution for personal shop and garage use. In order to allow easy access to this metal garage, the owner selected three doors, two of which are 3’x7’ walk doors and the remaining one is a 9’x8’ door.
