Metal Buildings in Ethridge, Montana

Metal Building Outlet sourced these (3) prefabricated steel buildings in Ethridge, Montana, in mid-January of 2021.

Durable, low-maintenance and easy to raise, the buildings all function as shops and feature premium-quality steel construction. The first metal shop is 60’x120’x20’/25’ when raised, while the second metal building, an enclosed lean-to, stands 31’x50’x19’10”/25’. The third metal building on the property, which is also a lean-to with one open end, is 24’x125’x16’/20’ once erect.

All (3) steel buildings have open, clear span designs that eliminate interior columns or supports, and they all have heavy-duty Galvalume Plus roofs with 2:12 pitches overhead. Distributed among the (3) buildings are (9) framed openings, which include (5) 3070 openings enclosing (5) 3070 preassembled walk doors with lever locksets and weather stripping, (2) 24’x18’ overhead door openings, and (2) 22’x18’ overhead door openings.

Additional customizations include 26-gauge white PBR liner panels lining the walls and ceilings and several climate-related enhancements that comply with local building codes, including 30-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings.

Located in northern Montana, Ethridge is part of Toole County. It sits about 12 miles outside Shelby, Montana, and about 95 miles from Great Falls.
