Metal Building Outlet provided this prefabricated metal building in Elmendorf, Texas, in early September of 2017.

Attractive, exceedingly durable and easy to maintain over the course of its lifetime, the building is comprised of premium-quality steel materials, and it is now an operational shop. Overhead, protecting the interior of the shop from the elements, is a corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, and the steel shop itself stands 40’x60’x10’ in size once standing erect.

Also included are several additions made with regard for the weather and climate patterns of Elmendorf and the surrounding landscape, and these include a five-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. A sparsely populated city located in south-central Texas’ Bexar County, Elmendorf falls within the San Antonio-New Braunfels Metropolitan Statistical Area. It sits about 17 miles outside Downtown San Antonio and about 22 miles outside Alamo Heights.
