Metal Shop Designed for Projects, Storage and More in Elgin, Arizona

Metal Building Outlet was the provider of this pre-engineered metal personal shop building, sending the kit to Elgin, Arizona, in February 2025.

Custom-designed to meet the buyer’s needs and desires, the contemporary, climate-controlled steel building spans 2,320 square feet and has high ceilings that can easily accommodate car lifts or other infrastructure. The roof and walls of the metal shop contain 3.25” of R-10 fiberglass insulation with VRR+ facing, with the facing material lining the blankets on the side facing inward while protecting the fiberglass from tears or moisture.

On the outside, a 1’ overhang on all four sides protects the outside walls, while 3’ of wainscoting with transition trim add visual interest. Multiple door openings also make it easy to enter, exit and retrieve necessary items without disrupting other areas of the building, while its clear-span design creates flexible space for storage, projects and automotive efforts.
