Light stone in color and crafted using premium-quality components, the durable, low-maintenance metal building stands 70’x48’x19’ in size and is now used as a shop. It is covered and protected from above by a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and it features (3) framed openings. Included are (2) 12’x10’ openings and (1) 14’x10’ opening. In consideration of Edmonton’s typical climate, a wind speed of 0.45 meters per second and a 1.7 snow load serve as additional project features.
