Durable, low-maintenance, and ultra-energy-efficient, the Charcoal-colored building with Gallery Blue trim features a high-performance insulation package that keeps energy expenses low and building users comfortable year-round. Standing 40’x60’x16’, the metal shop building has a high overhead clearance and a wide clear span that maximizes usable floor space.

Overhead, a hardy, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 2:12 pitch provides protection from the elements, and gutters and downspouts along the roof help divert moisture away, which helps control condensation. The shop also has 3) framed door openings allowing access inside. These include (2) 14’x14’ openings for overhead doors and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 commercial insulated walk door with a lever lock.

The shop also boasts a layer of R-30 Energy Saver insulation on the roof and a layer of R-25 Energy Saver insulation on the walls. There is an 8’ liner panel that serves as an additional layer of protection against moisture while giving the interior of the metal shop a clean, complete look.

A 14-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations made in accordance with local building codes.
