Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Corvallis, Montana, during the summer of 2014.

Standing 40’x60’x12’ with a Galvalume 2:12 pitch roof, this Garco-brand metal building is now used as a workshop. It boasts (2) 10’x7’ framed openings, one a 3070 door and the other a 6070. In preparation for Montana’s notable cold spells, the building includes R-19 insulation in the roof. Purchased in June, 2014, the prefabricated steel building also has a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load (GSL) of 49 lbs, both of which were necessary due to the region’s variable weather patterns.

Corvallis is a sparsely populated, census-designated area located in Ravalli County, in Western Montana. Named by settlers from Corvallis, Oregon who stumbled upon the area, Corvallis, Montana lies about 45 miles from Missoula and 148 miles outside the Montana state capital of Helena.
