The first steel shop is 85’x100’x20’/25’ in size, while the second, a metal lean-to, is 30’x100’x20’/25’. The third structure, also a metal lean-to, is 30’x75’x15’/20’ when raised.
All (3) buildings have open, clear-span designs and heavy-duty Galvalume steel roofs, with the main building sporting an unsymmetrical gable roof. Distributed among the (3) shops are (12) framed door and window openings in a variety of different sizes.
A 100’x25’ longitudinal partition serves as an interior divider, and the main building also has a liner panel covering the ceiling and all full-height walls, delivering an additional layer of protection against moisture and damage. The steel shops also feature 115-mph wind loads and 30-psf roof snow loads in line with local building and engineering codes.
