Now functioning as a steel residence, the rugged, economical metal home stands 33’x110’x12’ in size once erect and has an unobstructed clear span. It also has (2) attached lean-tos, which include (1) 10’x25’ lean-to and (1) 10’x55’ lean-to. Comprised of long-lasting, fire-resistant steel components, the metal home provides a safe, secure place to live, and overhead, it has reliable protection in the form of a corrosion-resistant steel roof.

Found throughout the steel residence are (21) framed door and window openings that allow access and natural light inside the home. Engineered to comply with all building and engineering codes in place in Concho, the metal home also features a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a roof snow load of 20 psf.
