Now serving storage purposes for a boat and watercraft rental company, the building offers unmatched strength and durability and is 50’x60’x20’-10’/25’ when raised. Comprised of heavy-duty steel parts, the Polar White steel storage building has protection overhead in the form of a hardwearing Galvalume Plus single-slope roof with a 1:12 pitch.

Key features and customizations include a 4’x60’ eave canopy with soffit and PBR roof sheeting and (7) framed door openings in several different sizes. Found throughout the metal storage building are (3) 3’4”x7’2” walk door openings enclosing (4) 3070 steel insulated wind-rated walk doors with lever locks and (3) 12’x14’ overhead door openings enclosing (3) 12’x14’ 5000 Series wind-related roll-coil doors with chain hoists.
