Metal Building in Columbia Station, Ohio

Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal building in Columbia Station (Columbia Township), Ohio.  Purchased in December, 2013 as a shelter to house a paint booth for a Lorain County JDS Trucking company, this building is near Cleveland and Elyria in northern Ohio.

The finished size of this Nucor building is 80’x100’x30’.  It has a step-in eve extension on the 1:12 pitched roof which allows the building to connect to an adjoining building. With wind and snow loads custom selected to meet the demands of the climate 90 MPH and 14 PSF roof snow load this building is durable and able to withstand Mother Nature’s moods.

Additionally this paint booth is insulated with an energy saving fiberglass insulation package.  The roof is insulated with a single layer of 6” R-19 insulation and the walls have been insulated with a single layer of 4” fiberglass steel building insulation.
