Saddle Tan in color with complementing White trim, the metal shop building has impressive curb appeal and a modern, contemporary appearance. When constructed, it is a spacious 30’x50’x12’ in size, and a painted roof comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume steel sheeting sits overhead, boasting a modest 2.55:12 pitch.
The metal shop building has (4) framed door openings that allow building users, vehicles and equipment in and out. It features (1) 3070 walk door opening holding (1) White 3070 Telstar insulated walk door and (3) 10’x10’ garage door openings.
The shop also features a complete insulation package, with 6” of R-19 insulation lining its roof and walls.
