Durable, insulated and highly customized in line with the owner’s needs, the metal shop building features an attractive, Old Town Gray exterior and is an expansive 80’x120’x19’ in size. High ceilings and a broad clear span boost versatility, and Black trim and 4’ of Steel Gray wainscot enhance the building’s curb appeal.
The building has (8) framed door and window openings in a variety of sizes, making it easy to move equipment or vehicles in or out. Included are (1) 50’x16’ framed door opening, (3) 24’x16’ openings holding (3) 24’x16’ insulated sectional track doors, (2) 3’x7’ openings housing (2) 3’x7’ walk doors and (2) 5’x3’ framed window openings.
The steel shop also has 3.25” of R-10 insulation lining its roof and walls, leading to lower energy bills and better interior comfort, among other benefits. A 10-psf roof snow load and a 120-moh wind speed rating are additional customizations made in compliance with local building codes.
