Blue Water Electric teamed with Metal Building Outlet to design and supply their new corporate metal building in Charleston, South Carolina. With their company motto, “Always Focus on What’s Important”, the MBO team was able to accomplish just that with a customized metal building kit. Delivered onsite and once erected, this building verified its cost effectiveness with ease of assembly and fast build, saving the owners thousands of dollars. This building was designed in accordance with their exact needs and was engineered to combine heavy-duty steel construction with supreme functionality. Blue Water Electric is an electrical subcontractor providing services for residential, commercial, service, solar, and generators locally in Charleston, South Carolina.  Experiencing exponential growth in clientele required room to expand which is why it was crucial to purchase a new building. This MBO metal building is comprised of 8 individual offices and a conference room for our office personnel.  The warehouse portion is being used as a storage space for our stock materials and warehouse equipment.
