Constructed with Nucor Building Systems components, the metal building is now used as a shop. Standing 40’x80’x16’ with a colored roof and a 1:12 roof pitch, the prefabricated metal building features a total of (6) framed openings. These openings include (3) that are sized 12’x14’, and (3) that are 3’x7’.

The roof of the building is insulated with R-3 insulation and VRR facing material to help maintain consistent interior temperatures and minimal energy costs, and in consideration of the climate of Clearmont, Wyoming the building was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 30 lbs.
