Now used as a lumber mill by Rogers Lumber & Millwork, a Covington-based historic preservation specialist and provider of high-end building products and furniture, the building is 60’x140’x16’ in size. Overhead is a durable, corrosion-resistant galvalume roof with a 4:12 roof pitch, and inside are (6) framed openings: (1) 24’x16’ opening, (1) 16’x14’ opening and (4) 3070 walk doors for convenient user access.
Designed with energy efficiency and interior comfort in mind, the steel building boasts R-19 insulation in both the roof and walls. In consideration of the typical climate and weather patterns experienced in and around Covington, the building is engineered with a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs.
A small village in western Ohio’s Miami County, Covington sits about 30 miles outside Dayton and 16 miles from Greenville.

Boasting bright white paint, the building is crafted from premium steel components, and now operates as a shop for the owner. It stands 70’x140’x16’ when fully erect and is covered by a hard-wearing galvalume steel roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Inside the shop building are (18) framed openings that vary in size and function. Included are (6) 14’x14’ openings, (2) 3070 walk doors, (2) 3050 windows and an additional (8) 3’x10’ skylights to maximize the presence of natural sunlight inside.

The sturdy, low-maintenance building is now used as an airplane hangar, and is 55’x40’x18’ in size. It is covered overhead by a durable, corrosion-resistant galvalume steel roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. In consideration of the cold, semi-arid climate of the Cheyenne area, which is characterized by long, cold winters, seasonal snowfall, and rare, but occasional tornado activity, the metal hangar is engineered with a high wind speed of 125 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs.
Cheyenne is the most populous city in Wyoming, and is a part of Laramie County, in the southeastern corner of the state. Nicknamed the “Magic City of the Plains” due to its rapid growth, Cheyenne sits along Crow Creek and Dry Creek. The city lies about 83 miles from Torrington and 51 miles outside Laramie.
