Insulated and exceedingly durable, making it ideal for Durango’s sometimes-extreme temperatures and snowfall totals, the building stands 75’x60’x12 in size and now functions as a shop.
Metal Building Outlet secured this this prefabricated steel building on behalf of a client in Alamosa, Colorado, in late April of 2018.
Attractive, efficient and built to last, the building is comprised of premium-quality steel components. Light Stone in color, it offers a finished, fully erect size of 30’x60’x14’, and it now serves as a shop. A Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch helps protect the interior of the workshop from corrosion and moisture-related damage, and (1) 12’x12’ framed opening serves as an additional feature, allowing building users plenty of space to move gear in and out.
The steel workshop also features several characteristics added in consideration of the climate and weather patterns common in and around Alamosa, among them a 30-pound snow load and a 90-mph wind speed rating.
The most populated community within Alamosa County, the city of Alamosa sits within south-central Colorado and is home to Adams State University. It sits about 90 miles northeast of Pagosa Springs and about 109 miles northwest of Trinidad.

Light stone in color and constructed entirely from Nucor Building Systems components, the building now serves as a shop. Boasting a finished size of 40’x80’x16’, the structure is covered by a Galvalume roof, and has a 1:12 roof pitch. It also features (3) framed openings, all of which are 12’x14’ in size.
Given Keenesburg’s propensity for seasonal snowfall and occasionally strong wind patterns, the prefabricated steel building was constructed with a high wind speed of 117 mph and a ground snow load of 30 lbs.
The Town of Keenesburg is a small community of just over 1,000 residents, and is located within Weld County, in northern Colorado. Keenesburg lies about 43 miles outside of Fort Morgan and about 33 miles outside of the City of Greeley.

The owner of this building, a resident of Pace needed a three car garage for his property. He selected an NCI metal building he chose light stone colored walls and a galvalume roof. The 30’x30’x12’ garage has 2 10’x10’ overhead doors and a 3’x8’ walkdoor.

Designed with energy efficiency in mind, the metal building stands 60’x140’x15’ in size and is covered and protected overhead by a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch. Crafted from premium-grade steel components, the building now functions as a shop. Inside it are (2) framed openings, which include (1) 12’x12’ opening and (1) 3070 walk door. To reduce energy bills associated with the building while helping keep building users cool and comfortable year-round, R-30 metal building insulation is installed within the roof, while R-19 insulation can be found in the walls.
In consideration of the climate of Avondale and the surrounding area, a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. serve as additional building features. Covering and protecting the structure from above is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, and inside it are (11) framed openings varying in size and purpose. These include (2) 14’x14’ openings enclosing (2) 14’x14’ roll-coil doors, (2) 3070 openings, each equipped with one of (2) 3070 commercial walk doors, (2) 4040 windows, (1) 6070 opening, and, finally, (4) 3’x1.8’ translucent window panels.
Installed in the roof and walls of the shop building is R-10 insulation, which minimizes energy bills associated with the building while improving overall interior comfort and sound control. A wind speed rating of 110 mph also serves as an additional building feature.
