Metal Building in Saguache, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Saguache, Colorado, in mid-July of 2017.

Rugged, accommodating and offering great curb appeal, the building stands 70’x125’x16’ in size and now serves as a shop. Crafted using top-of-the-line steel components, the structure features (4) framed openings, among them (2) 3070 openings and (2) 12’x10’ openings, each enclosing one of (2) 12’x10’ doors. Overhead, protecting the building from corrosion and inclement weather, is a hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch.

To accommodate the area’s sometimes-heavy seasonal snowfall and variable weather patterns, the shop also features a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 43-pound snow load. A statutory town set within south-central Colorado’s Saguache County, Saguache sits at the gateway of the San Luis Valley. It sits roughly 182 miles outside Denver and about 152 miles from Colorado Springs.
