Metal Building Outlet supplied this premanufactured steel building on behalf of a client in Granby, Colorado, in late March of 2018.

Rugged, reliable and inherently secure, the building boasts a finished, fully erect size of 34’x30’x14’. Engineered to stand strong in the face of heavy snowfall and other potential geographic hazards, it now serves storage purposes, giving its owner a safe, dry space to store valuable goods and gear. Featuring high-end steel construction, the metal building delivers in terms of durability, while a hardwearing Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch sits overhead, helping guard against corrosion.

Improving building accessibility are (2) framed openings, which include (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening and (1) 12’x12’ opening. Additional features added with regard for the climate characteristics of Granby and the surrounding landscape, an area that sometimes sees considerable wintertime snowfall, include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 100-pound snow load.

A statutory town and popular tourism destination set within north-central Colorado’s Grand County, Granby lies just southwest of Rocky Mountain National Park. It sits about 15 miles southwest of Grand Lake and about 85 miles northwest of the city of Denver.

Metal Building Outlet sourced and supplied this pre-engineered steel building for a client in Nunn, Colorado, in late April of 2018.

Energy efficient, attractive and highly versatile, the building stands 40’x80’x16’ in size and now serves as a shop. Light Stone in color, it boasts a complementing, Solar White roof with a 3:12 pitch that reflects substantial sunlight and protects the shop’s interior from the Colorado elements.

Key project features include an insulation package comprised of R-19 insulation in the roof and R-13 insulation in the walls, which lowers the building’s energy bills considerably while helping workshop users stay comfortable throughout the year. Meanwhile, (3) framed openings serve as additional attributes, enhancing accessibility, and these include (2) 16’x16’ openings enclosing (2) 16’x16’ overhead doors and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door. A 30-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as additional shop characteristics included in consideration of the variable climate of the region.

A small, sparsely populated town set within north-central Colorado’s Weld County, Nunn lies about 21 miles northwest of Greeley and about 37 miles northeast of Loveland.

Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered steel building for a buyer in Lochbuie, Colorado, in early November of 2016.

Now functioning as a shop, the building is saddle tan in color and designed with energy efficiency in mind. As such, it features an insulation package and has R-13 insulation installed in both the roof and walls, considerably reducing energy bills while boosting interior comfort throughout the year. The building is crafted from high-end steel components, and it stands 40’x60’x16’ once fully erect. Its roof is made of hardwearing, long-lasting Galvalume metal and has a 1:12 pitch.

Distributed throughout the metal shop building are (2) framed openings; (1) 12’x14’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x14’ roll-coil door, and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door. A snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph serve as additional project features and were included in consideration of Lochbuie’s variable weather patterns and the sometimes-heavy snowfall seen throughout the surrounding region.

A statutory town with land in both Weld and Adams County, Lochbuie is a part of northeaster Colorado, near the Wyoming border. The town is situated about 11 miles outside Fort Lupton and seven miles outside Hudson.
