Now used for retail purposes, the low maintenance and energy-efficient metal building is crafted from premium-quality steel components and boasts a finished size of 60’x90’x12’. Overhead is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 roof pitch, and inside are (2) 3070 framed openings, each enclosing one of (2) 3070 commercial walk doors. To reduce the building’s energy costs considerably while improving interior comfort and enhancing noise control year-round, 4” of metal building insulation are installed in the building’s roof and walls.

In consideration of DeRidder and the surrounding area’s humid-temperate climate, a snow load of 5 lbs. and a wind speed of 120 mph serve as additional building features.
