Metal Building Outlet was pleased to provide this pre-engineered steel building for a buyer in Grove, Oklahoma, in July of 2019.
Attractive, versatile and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, the building now functions as a church, and it also serves several other purposes. Offering optimal strength and durability, the steel church stands 60’x100’x12’ in size, and it features a striking, Light Stone-colored exterior and a matching roof that resists corrosion and has a 2:12 pitch.
The steel church has (2) framed openings, which include (1) 3070 walk door opening and (1) 6070 walk door opening, and it also has a layer of R-13 insulation in its roof and walls, which helps the building maintain comfortable temperatures, regardless of time of year. A 125-mph wind speed rating and a 20-pound snow load serve as additional project characteristics included out of respect for local building code requirements and the region’s typical climate patterns.
Located in northeastern Oklahoma, Grove is a part of Delaware County. The community sits about 12 miles from Jay and roughly 15 miles outside Afton.
