Energy efficient, attractive and engineered to withstand harsh weather, pests and other common hazards, the building stands 60’x125’x16’ in size and now serves as a shop. Overhead, a rugged Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch guards against the elements and corrosion, while a high-performance insulation package comprised of R-10 insulation adorns the building’s roof and walls, minimizing energy bills while enhancing comfort for shop users.

Distributed throughout the metal workshop, improving accessibility, are (11) framed openings ranging in size, among them (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening, (2) 14’x14’ openings, (1) 22’x14’ opening, (1) 6’4”x7’2” opening and (4) 3’x8’ openings. Additional shop characteristics include a snow load of 10 pounds and a wind speed rating of 115 mph, enhancements made to maximize durability with regard for the weather and climate patterns commonly seen throughout the region.

Attractive and energy efficient, the building is now used as an auction house. Crafted from premium-grade steel components, it boasts a finished size of 50’x80’x16’ and is covered and protected above by a durable, hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside the steel building are a total of (6) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings enclosing (2) 12’x14’ Model 2500 roll-coil doors, (2) 10’x10’ openings housing (2) 10’x10’ Model 2500 roll-coil doors and (2) 3070 openings housing (2) 20-gauge knockdown doors with lever locks.

To lower energy costs associated with the building while enhancing overall interior comfort, R-10 metal building insulation is installed in the roof and walls. A wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 10 lbs. serve as additional building features, and the additions were made in consideration of the typical climate and weather patterns of the area.

Rugged, energy efficient and built to last, the (2) buildings are comprised of premium-quality steel components. They differ in size, with the first standing 40’x40’x14’, and the second, 20’x40’x11’. Together, the structures function as a shop, and they both boast hardwearing Galvalume metal roofs overhead, though the first building’s roof offers a 3:12 pitch, and the second, a 1.5:12 roof pitch.

To keep energy costs down and building users comfortable throughout the year, the buildings also feature an insulation package. Installed within the buildings’ roofs is high-performance, R-30 insulation, while both structure contain R-13 insulation within their walls.
