Rugged, energy efficient and built to last, the (2) buildings are comprised of premium-quality steel components. They differ in size, with the first standing 40’x40’x14’, and the second, 20’x40’x11’. Together, the structures function as a shop, and they both boast hardwearing Galvalume metal roofs overhead, though the first building’s roof offers a 3:12 pitch, and the second, a 1.5:12 roof pitch.

To keep energy costs down and building users comfortable throughout the year, the buildings also feature an insulation package. Installed within the buildings’ roofs is high-performance, R-30 insulation, while both structure contain R-13 insulation within their walls. There are also (6) framed openings distributed between them, which include (1) 12’x12’ opening, (2) 8’x7’ openings and (3) 3020 openings enclosing (3) 3020 windows.
