Crimson-red in color, the attractive and energy-efficient building boasts a finished size of 40’x60’x12’. Comprised of premium-quality steel components, the structure now serves automotive purposes, and a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch protects its interior from above.

The metal building features (3) 10’x10’ framed openings, and it has R-10 insulation within its roof and walls. In addition to minimizing energy bills associated with the building, the insulation helps with noise control while improving comfort for inhabitants throughout the year. A snow load of 20 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph are additional project features, and these enhancements were made in consideration of the variable weather patterns of the Oregon, Missouri, area and the amount of precipitation that commonly falls in the area.

Durable and long-lasting with an aesthetically pleasing exterior, the building stands 40’x50’x12’ in size. Steel Building in Dundee, Mississippi

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Dundee, Mississippi.  Purchased in April, 2012 the building is handicapped accessible garage and shop for the owner who is in a wheelchair.

The building is 31’x40’x12’ with a 1:12 roof pitch.  It has an Amarr 12’x10’ overhead door and a 4070 handicap accessible walk door. An R-13 insulation package was installed in the roof & walls of the building.  The owner chose to use his own erector and Metal Building Outlet worked closely with them to make sure everything went smoothly.  The owner was thrilled with the excellent customer service that he found while working with Metal Building Outlet and with the quality of the NCI steel building.

Metal Building in Arundel, Maine

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building for a buyer in Arundel, Maine, in early February of 2016.

Boasting bright white paint, the building stands 60’x220’x14’ and is now used as a shop by Motorland America, a classic car storage facility. Crafted from rugged, hardwearing metal components and covered above by a corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 3:12 pitch, the low-maintenance building is designed with energy efficiency in mind. Installed in the roof is R-19 insulation, which considerably reduces energy costs while enhancing comfort inside for building users.

Additional building features include (6) framed openings, (2) of which are 14’x10’ and (2) of which contain 3070 walk doors, a wind speed of 96 miles per hour and a snow load of 60 lbs. The latter two inclusions were made with respect to the climate in the area. A small town located within Maine’s York County, Arundel is located about 23 miles from Portland and 5.8 miles from Biddeford.

Metal Building in Delmar, Iowa

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Delmar, Iowa. Delmar is located near the central eastern border of Iowa in Clinton County about 30 miles from Davenport.

This Nucor metal building was purchased in March, 2013 as a garage for a business.  This 40’x70’x12’ building sports a roof with a pitch of 3:12. There are a total of eight framed openings five of which are doors and the remaining three are windows. There is a 10’x12’, two 9’x18’ and two 3’x7’ walkdoors. Finishing out the framed openings are 3 6’x3’ windows.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Lindsborg, Kansas.  It is located in the heart of central Kansas in McPherson County. Lindsborg is about 20 miles from Salina and 15 miles from McPherson, KS.

Crafted from top-quality steel components, the durable and low-maintenance building stands 40’x80’x16’ once fully erect, and it now serves as a shop for its owner. It is covered and protected from above by a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant metal Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside the metal shop building are (3) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings and (1) 3070 opening.
