Metal Building in Brush, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated metal building in Brush, Colorado in January of 2022.

Now undergoing use as a shop, the insulated, energy-efficient and highly customized metal building features top-of-the-line steel construction, resulting in optimal strength and durability. Standing 80’x100’x16’ in size, the building boasts a clear span and high ceilings, and its gable-style roof is comprised of ultra-durable Galvalume steel paneling and has a 2:12 pitch.

The steel shop building has (22) framed door and window openings throughout. A high-performance insulation package is another key feature, with a high R-value Energy Saver insulation system installed in the shop’s roof and walls. The building also has an 8’ liner panel surrounding the interior, gutters and downspouts along both side walls, a 2’ overhang along the outside and a partition wall that divides the interior of the steel building into sections.

In consideration of the climate patterns and building codes in place in the area, the metal shop building also features a 90-mph wind speed rating and a 21-psf snow load.
