Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building in Brigham City, Utah in February of 2018.

Highly customized and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, the building serves a variety of purposes and stands 50’x100’x16’ in size. Comprised of rugged, quality steel parts, the building boasts an attractive Crimson Red exterior with complementing Charcoal Grey trim, and overhead, it has an Ash Gray gable roof that provides protection from the elements.

The metal building has (3) framed openings offering access inside. It also features a number of aesthetic enhancements, including 4’ of Charcoal Gray wainscot, gray roof sheeting and red wall sheeting. The steel building also boasts an effective insulation package, with 6” of R-19 insulation lining the roof and walls. The insulation keeps energy bills low and creates a comfortable interior environment well suited for year-round use. It also features 200’ of 4” Charcoal Gray commercial gutters with downspouts and hardware.

Engineered to comply with all building and engineering codes currently in place across Brigham City, the metal building also features a 90-mph wind speed rating and a ground snow load of 30 psf.

Situated along the western slope of the Wasatch Mountain range, Brigham City is part of Box Elder County, in northwestern Utah. It lies roughly 21 miles from Ogden and about 6.5 miles from Corinne.
