Now serving commercial purposes, the spacious, highly customized metal building is 75’x175’x12’ once raised and had a broad clear span that eliminates any need for interior trusses or supports. Overhead, a heavy-duty Galvalume gable roof provides protection from the elements, and (8) framed door openings offer easy access inside.
Found throughout the steel commercial building are (1) 10’x10’ overhead door opening, (2) 3070 framed openings for walk doors and (5) 6070 walk door openings. The commercial building also features (3) hood vents that improve ventilation throughout.
Because the Baytown area is at high risk for strong storms and occasional hurricane activity, the steel commercial building also features a high, 150-mph wind speed rating in compliance with local building codes.
