Steel Buildings in Arlington, Washington

Metal Building Outlet sourced these (3) pre-engineered steel buildings in Arlington, Washington in June of 2021.

Comprised of rugged, sustainable steel parts, the (3) buildings offer unsurpassed strength and durability and function as agricultural buildings. The first metal farm building is 14’64’x24’ in size and has high ceilings that accommodate a 14’x64’ steel mezzanine. The second agricultural building stands 14’x56’x13’/16’, while the third building is 14’x56’x13’/16’ in size.

Each farm building has a heavy-duty Galvalume steel roof overhead. The first building’s roof has a gable design and a 4.85:12 pitch. The roofs of the second and third metal farm buildings have single-slope designs and 2.55:12 pitches, and distributed among the (3) metal buildings are (15) framed door and window openings.

Included are (6) 4’x8’ overhead door openings, (4) 4’x3’ window openings, (2) 8’x10’ overhead door openings, (2) 6’4”x7’x2” double walk door openings and (1) traditional 3’4”x7’2” walk door framed opening. The (3) farm buildings also have several enhancements and customizations that keep them compliant with local building codes, including 115-mph wind speed ratings and upgraded, 25-psf snow loads.
