Metal Building in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building in Albuquerque, New Mexico in December of 2020.

Now undergoing use as a warehouse, the building features rugged, reliable steel construction. It has high overhead clearance, enhancing functionality, and a wide, clear span design that maximizes available floor space by eliminating the need for interior columns or trusses.

The warehouse building is Ash Gray in color with a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof. The steel warehouse boasts 4” of wainscoting with transition trim along all four walls. There are also (9) framed door and window openings found throughout the warehouse.

The metal building also has several features that keep it compliant with local building and engineering code requirements, including a recommended wind load and snow load.
