Metal Building Outlet delivered the kit for this pre-engineered steel shop building to a ranch owner in Scottsdale, Arizona, in late July of 2023.

Used for agricultural purposes, the clear span metal building has an open floorplan and high ceilings, maximizing usable interior space. Burnished Slate on the outside with a matching roof and architectural trim, the building has a modern, eye-catching exterior that looks great against the surrounding desert landscape.

An engineered foundation plan also came with the building, giving the owner an easy-to-follow roadmap for pouring the shop’s foundation.
