When a couple in Valley Springs, South Dakota, needed a building to use for agricultural purposes, they turned to Metal Building Outlet, which supplied this prefabricated metal building in January 2023.
The farm building has one open wall, making it easy to access, and a corrosion-resistant roof that keeps everything stored inside dry and protected from the elements. Ideal for storing tractors, animal feed or livestock, among other assets, this building has heavy snow loads in line with the climate characteristics of the region and adheres to the wind and snow load requirements outlined in the 2021 International Building Code.
In addition to supplying the steel agricultural building, itself, MBO also supplied an engineer-stamped foundation plan for the building’s pier foundation.
