Insulated and well-ventilated, the building is comprised of top-of-the-line steel parts, resulting in superior strength and durability. Now functioning as a shop, the building has a high overhead clearance and a wide clear span that eliminates interior columns. The roof of the shop features Galvalume steel construction, and (6) framed openings serve as additional features. The shop also has (3) 9’x10’ ridge vents that boost energy efficiency and lengthen the life of its roof. Layers of fiberglass insulation was installed within the roof and walls. A recommended wind speed rating is another feature that complies with local building codes while enhancing durability.
