Boasting an attractive, Polar White exterior, the building stands an expansive 120’x120’x13.5’ in size and currently functions as a shop. Comprised of heavy-duty, damage-resistant steel parts, the building offers unparalleled durability, and a rugged Galvalume roof with a slight 2:12 pitch offers protection from the elements from above.

The steel workshop features a number of climate-related features and customizations that keep it in compliance with applicable building codes. A 115-mph wind speed rating is one such feature, and a 5-pound snow load is another.
