Energy-Efficient Metal Building with Lean-To in Denver, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Denver, Colorado, not far from Littleton or Commerce City.  In use since August, 2011 as a lean to addition for an existing metal building, it features a single slope roof design. The whole building has R-30 Energy Saver System insulation.

When the new building was erected, the existing building received a retro-fit of the R-30 Energy Saver System to boost its existing insulation. By doing this it made the entire complex more energy friendly and lowering the overall cost of ownership for the buildings. Being less than 6000 square feet in area, the building is not required to have an automatic sprinkler system. For added fire protection a one hour firewall was added onto the rear wall.  Used as storage and vendor machine repair, this building is durable and versatile.
