Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in San Jon, New Mexico.  The owner of this building made the purchase in September, 2013 for a shop.  This building is located about 30 minutes from Tucumcari and about ninety minutes from Fort Sumner in eastern New Mexico.

This metal shop is made with Garco steel components and is 60’x100’x18’ with a 1:12 pitched roof. This shop includes several doors (2) 12’x15’ overhead doors, (2) 3’x7’ walk doors and (4)14’x15’ overhead doors. Designed for the climate of Quay County, this building is rated with wind loads of 90 MPH and roof snow loads of 10 PSF.

The owner was so pleased with all aspects of the purchase and construction of this building that he ordered another one which is identical.
