Provided for a lumber supplier, the spacious, clear-span metal building has 4,000 square feet of open interior space ideal for storing lumber and plywood, housing company vehicles or machinery, or cutting, fabricating and processing wood. The structure remains open on two sides, creating easy access to everything inside, and has Polar White exterior paint with Steel Gray architectural trim giving it a clean, contemporary look.

A 1-psf collateral load in the roof can support the addition of lighting, sprinkler systems or light HVAC equipment, and the building also features portal frames, rather than cable bracing, to avoid creating interior obstructions or having cables that cut across bays.
