Boasting 2,400 square feet of column-free interior space, the steel garage can accommodate around 10 cars comfortably while leaving additional room for maintenance and supplies. Insulated and climate-controlled to protect vehicles and ensure interior comfort during all four Colorado seasons, the metal garage has an R-30 Energy Saver insulation system lining its roof and an R-25 insulation system installed in the walls.
While the insulation package lowers energy expenses, it also helps muffle automotive noise and protects against condensation, helping preserve structural integrity. Metal Building Outlet also supplied a Colorado engineer-stamped foundation plan also with the garage’s structural components to streamline the process of pouring the foundation and maximize stability.
