Steel Storage Building in Poteau, Oklahoma

Metal Building Outlet sent the building kit for this custom steel storage building to Poteau, Oklahoma, in early July of 2023.

Contemporary and multifunctional, the building’s walls feature a combination of Steel Gray and Charcoal Gray paint, while the roof is Black and has gutters and downspouts helping rain and snow drain off easily. The building has 4’ of Crimson and Patriot Red wainscoting along all four sides that further boost its street appeal.

The steel storage building’s wide clear span and high ceilings maximize available storage space, while door openings in a variety of sizes make it easy to move large goods in and out. The building also features an insulation package that keeps interior temperatures ideal for storage purposes. In its roof, it has a 6” layer of R-19 insulation, while the walls hold 4” of R-13 insulation.

While Metal Building Outlet supplied all of the steel components for this metal storage building, it also delivered an engineer-stamped foundation plan for the building’s slab foundation. This helped streamline the process of pouring the foundation while maximizing the structure’s lifespan.
